Teams withdrawing from the competition from this date forfeit half their entry fee
Exemption Request Applications Due

Confirmations of Entry sent to schools for principal approval
Tax invoice sent to school

Confirmations of Entry due
All players must be finalised by midnight (AEST), any player additions must be communicated with the Tournament Director so the relevant memberships can be verified. No further changes are permitted after this date.

Entry fee payments received after this date will incur a $100 late entry fee
Player list cut off
Teams withdrawing from the competition from this date forfeit their entire entry fee
